Health and Dental Benefit plans

Health & Wellness

The Health Benefit Plan provides employees with a competitive benefits packages from Anthem. You will be eligible to participate in the Company's health care plan on the first of the month following your one-month employment anniversary. We also offer a Wellness Program where you can take advantage of a 20% rate reduction on you premiums if you (and your spouse) comply with certain requirements. Vision plan is also included with this benefit.


Dental

The Dental Benefit Plan provides employees with a competitive package from Delta Dental. You will be eligible to participate in the Company's dental care plan on the first of the month following your one-month employment anniversary.


Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP is a confidential program designed to help employees, eligible dependents and household members resolve personal challenges. Information consultation and assistance are provided at no cost to employees (first 4 visits) and is administered by Carilion Health Services.

ESOP

The Branch Group, Inc. is an ESOP company. ESOP stands for Employee Stock Ownership Plan. As an ESOP company we are 100% owned by employees. Our ESOP has been in place since 1982. The ESOP creates an invaluable culture of accountability and can provide employees with an additional retirement benefit. Employees become participants on date of hire.


401(k)

The Branch Group, Inc. offers a 401(k) plan with Wells Fargo. The current employer match is $1 for $1 up to a maximum match of $3,000 per calendar year. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401k upon hire or as soon as administratively feasible.


Income Replacement

You will be eligible to participate in the following on the first of the month following your one-month employment anniversary.

  • Group Term Life Insurance (company-paid)
  • Long-Term Disability Insurance (company-paid)
  • Short-Term Disability (employee paid)
  • Supplemental Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (employee paid)
