IT SYSTEMS ANALYST III

Position Summary

Branch is currently seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst III to join our team.  The IT Systems Analyst III will be a key position within the Branch IT team and report to the Business Systems Manager.

This individual will be responsible for all integrations between our ERP applications, creating and supporting our reporting systems, providing support on break fixes, system enhancements, maintenance, and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relational data systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

This role is not eligible for sponsorship. This role is not a fully remote position, but may offer some hybrid flexibility after an initial ramp up period. The pay range for this role is $95,000-$125,000, based on experience. 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain integrations between our various ERP and support applications such as Viewpoint, Procore, SAP Success Factors, Concur and others.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and suggest new processes and solutions to meet business needs.
  • Responsible for supporting and creating reports utilizing reporting systems including Crystal Reports, SSRS and Power BI.
  • Maintain and develop SQL code for integrations and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for any issues related to our enterprise applications.
  • Oversee and manage enterprise system enhancements, maintenance, and projects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Be available for after-hours support as needed.
  • Utilize ClickUp project management tool to track progress, time and collaborate with users.
  • Help support and training junior level enterprise support staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or related role.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft SQL coding a must and certification in Microsoft SQL a plus.
  • Strong knowledge in data modeling and relational databases.
  • Strong experience with reporting systems like Crystal Reports, SSRS and Power BI.
  • Experience with large scale applications and their customization features.
  • Strong Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Considerable knowledge in the systems analysis, design and development processes employing industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service interacting effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience working on moderately complex IT projects with technical responsibilities.

Travel is limited with this role.  Day travel and longer overnight trips as requested by Project Teams.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position working 40+ hours per week, generally during standard business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
